- Modification or Cancellation:
- You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placement.
- Once your order is processed or shipped, modifications or cancellations are not guaranteed.
Pricing & Payment
- Pricing: All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Prices may vary based on promotions or discounts.
- Payment Methods: We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. Cash on delivery (COD) is available for selected locations.
Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping Confirmation:Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- Delivery Time:

- Express Shipping: (if available) 5 business days
- Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items.
Order Issues
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos as proof.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product, reach out to us immediately for a replacement or exchange.
- Undeliverable Orders: If an order is undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information, it may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
