1. Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver all over India, covering both metro and non-metro areas.
  • Delivery services are handled bytrusted courier partners to ensure reliable and timely shipment.

2. Shipping Timeframe

  • Order Processing Time:
    • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Delivery Time:
    • Metro Cities: 2-4 business days.
    • Non-Metro & Rural Areas: 4-7 business days.
  • The estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout and may vary based on your location and courier service availability.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping across India.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown during checkout before payment confirmation.

4. Delivery Attempts

  • The courier service will make two delivery attempts.
  • If the recipient is unavailable, the package will either:
    • Be held at the nearest delivery center for pickup.
    • Be returned to ODD INTERNATIONAL LLP, and you will be contacted for further action.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery attempts.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email to monitor the status of your delivery.
  • You can track your order on the courier partner’s website or through the "Track Order" section on our website.

6. Undeliverable Orders

In cases where the order is deemed undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Failure to accept the package after multiple delivery attempts.
  • The order will be returned to us. You may be eligible for a refund, excluding the shipping charges.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order is damaged during transit, please contact us within48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package.
  • If your order is lost in transit, we will initiate a full refund or reship the item at no extra cost.

8. Delivery Delays

  • In case of unforeseen delays (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, or public holidays), we will keep you informed.
  • ODD is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services but will assist you in resolving issues.
