When Can You Cancel Your Order?
- The "Cancel" button will be available for orders that have not yet been shipped.
- You can cancel your order while it is in the "Pending" or"Processing" status.
- Once the order status changes to "Shipped", the"Cancel" button will be disabled, and cancellation will no longer be possible.
How to Cancel an Order
- Log In : Go to the https://oddfashion.in and log in to your account.
- Access Your Orders : Navigate to the "My Orders" section.
- Find Your Order : Select the order you wish to cancel and view its details.
- Click "Cancel" : If the order is still eligible, click the "Cancel" button to initiate the cancellation process.
- Receive Confirmation : You will receive an email or notification confirming your cancellation once it is successfully processed.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5 business days of cancellation.
- Refunds will be issued via the Online payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
Important Information
- If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel it. Instead, you can follow our Return Policy if applicable.
- The cancellation option is not available for custom-made or personalized products once production has started.
